However, we understand that is not always possible and will work to get your order to you as soon as possible. EXPRESS SHIPPING We offer an express shipping option at checkout for an additional cost of $20. Express orders are shipped through UPS/DHL and typically take 7 Days after processing to deliver. All of our orders are processed during weekdays only - Express orders placed on a weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. Please note: Import fees will apply to all Express shipments sent through UPS/DHL - Import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING REFUNDS We are unable to issue credits or refunds for shipping costs. We understand that this can be frustrating, but once an item is shipped with a courier, the cost cannot be recuperated.
