HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP? We know that waiting for an online order to arrive sucks, that's why we do our best to get in-stock orders out the door within 48-72 hours of order placement during the week so that it gets to you as soon as possible. WHAT DOES PRIORITY SHIPPING MEAN? When placing an order with Priority shipping, this guarantees that your order will ship out the following business day and that it ships as Canada Post Priority Mail. Depending on your location, the order should arrive within 1-5 days, however this is only an estimation provided by Fed Ex/Canada Post.
CAN I SELECT IN STORE PICK-UP? If you are local to (Calgary, AB) you have the option of choosing In Store Pick-Up at checkout. Pick-ups are generally ready and at the store, between 24-48 hours, however, we do have to bring them over from the warehouses. PLEASE ensure you wait for your pick up confirmation email before coming.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY STORE PICK-UP? In-store pick-up must be collected within 21 days of the pick-up confirmation email. If orders are not picked up, they will be transported back to the warehouse and you will be charged $15 to ship (regardless of free shipping qualifications). Orders not picked up after 60 days will be donated and NO refunds or credits will be issues.
I NEED MY ORDER FOR AN EVENT, WILL IT MAKE IT? The best plan of action when shopping for an event is to order the desired items at least 2 weeks prior in order for it to make it to you in time with time to spare. We understand that is not always possible and will work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please contact us PRIOR to placing an order to ensure we are able to get your order to you by the desired date as once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled. MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED—HELP! If for any reason you have an issue with the delivery of your order, we recommend reaching out directly to Canada Post or FED EX depending on how your package was shipped. Have your tracking information ready to get to the agent so they can assist you. We also recommend reaching out to your local Post Office who delivered your package so they are able to locate your carrier and speak with them directly on the whereabouts of your order. Many times the carrier has left it in a specific location or they know the exact whereabouts of your package! We understand it can be frustrating when your package is delivered and you are unable to locate it, but please understand this is a matter with the carrier and not with us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit to the final destination. Once an item has left our facility it is in the hands of the designated shipping carrier to deliver it to you safely. If you would like to get a signature delivery for your package or insurance, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange that PRIOR to shipment and invoice you for the additional charge.
