HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP?
We know that waiting for an online order to arrive sucks, that's why we do our best to get in-stock orders out the door within 48-72 hours of order placement during the week so that it gets to you as soon as possible. At times we may have a higher order volume (sales, holidays, etc) which may extend our processing time.

I NEED MY ORDER FOR AN EVENT, WILL IT MAKE IT?
The best plan of action when shopping for an event is to order the desired items at least 2 weeks prior. However, we understand that is not always possible and will work to get your order to you as soon as possible. CAN I SELECT IN STORE PICK-UP?
If you are local to (Calgary, AB) you may choose In-Store Pick-Up at checkout. Pick-ups are generally ready between 24-48 hours, however, PLEASE ensure you wait for your pick up confirmation email before coming to collect.
