I’d give it a 3.5 star. I really like the fit of the sweater. Disappointed in the colour. More mossy green than olive. Thought it would be more of a grey green like shown in the picture

The sweater is very nice, however the customer service left much to be desired. They do not answer phones nor do they respond to emails. When I ordered it said 7-9 days. After three weeks and numerous tries to get a hold of them I was told it was a pre-order. Nowhere had it ever said that. I then tried to respond to that email and got nothing. Finally an email said it shipped. Providing no tracking number or anything. I again emailed and asked for tracking number. Again no response. It finally showed up in the mail and I could see it could have easily been tracked. So regardless of what I think of the sweater I will never order from this company again. There are many better ones that care about the whole customer experience.
