Blondie will gladly exchange or issue store credit for all unwashed, unworn and TICKETED merchandise in its original condition, within 10 days of your PURCHASE date (or Canada Post delivery date for online purchases) when accompanied by the original receipt. We do not offer refunds on any items.
Once we receive the return, items will be thoroughly checked and we will then issue you a store credit which can be used to re-order the items or use on any other items online. NOTE: Please allow for 2-3 business days for credit to be set up in our system from the day we recieve return. We will email you the details once processed.
The credit will never expire and will be under your email address you used to order (just pop into the promo code area).
NOTE: All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have accidentally received a damaged or defective item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt for a replacement item. Items that have been washed, have tickets removed or are soiled, are NOT available for replacement or return.
*Online "in store pickups" MUST be picked up within 10 days (of purchase date) to be eligible for exchange. We are happy to hold items in store for pickup. Please note if item has not been picked up within 60 days of when the order was placed, we will consider it abandoned and it will be donated and no refund/store credit will be issued.

-Bodysuits, bralettes, gowns, jewelry, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, belts, scarfs, hats, beanies, mittens, handbags, gift certificates and beauty products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged (absolutely NO exceptions).
-We do not manufacture our products and do NOT offer ANY warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion and MUST be brought back to the store within 2 days of receipt, for a replacement item or repair. Items that have been washed, soiled OR items with Tags removed are NOT available for replacement, repair or return.
-Please note, that you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for exchange (both ways) or store credit. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please EMAIL within 2 days, so we can resolve any issues.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All orders are processed and shipped by our office within 2 business days. Delivery varies based on your distance from our warehouse (Calgary, Alberta Canada), but is usually 2-7 business days. International orders can take 5 days - 2 weeks to be delivered.
